master planned
golf community
located 90
minutes north of
Phoenix and 2
miles outside of
downtown
Prescott. The
community was
developed by
Desert Troon
Companies (the
developer of
Troon Village in
Scottsdale, AZ),
Hassayampa
offers mountain
views,
spectacular
boulder
outcroppings,
ponderosa pines,
mature oak
trees, and two
natural streams.
There are many
changes changes
of elevation
throughout the
golf course and
the community -
some properties
sit at 6,000
feet of
elevation.
The community
sits on the site
of the historic
Hassayampa Golf
and Country
Club, one of
Arizona's oldest
golf courses
(operated from
1919 to 1969).
The new golf
course is a
6,800-yard Tom
Weiskopf
Signature
Design.
Social
activities
center around
the 30,000
square foot
clubhouse
designed as a
mountain lodge
with log beams,
stone fireplaces
and rustic
decor, offering
both fine and
casual dining.
The community
also offers a
fitness facility
with tennis,
swimming and a
sport court.
