K. Hovnanians® Four Seasons at Beaumont is a 24 hour gated  community for adults who are age 55 and over.  The community opened several years ago and is still being expanded by K. Hovnanian.  It is located in the San Gorgonio Pass between Mt. San Gorgonio and Mt. San Jacinto, just 25 miles west of Palm Springs, 30 miles east of San Bernardino, and 75 miles east of Los Angeles.  The community is west of Highland Springs Avenue and south of Interstate Freeway I-10.
The community will have approximately 2,000 single story homes at completion, attached or detached.  There are single family homes as well as condominiums available for those who desire a low maintenance style of living.  These homes are grouped into several categories: Monarch, Arbors, Heritage, Laurel, Landmark and Springdale.  They range in size from approximately 1,199 to 2,792 square feet of living space, with two to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms.  The average lot size is 4,500 square feet.
Association fees vary on the style and type of house or condo. The fees range from $215 to $260 for homes and up to $298 per month for condos. The HOA fees cover maintenance of lodges, recreational facilities, extensive greenbelts and walking trails, flower gardens, water features, entry gates, pool and tennis courts and on some models the maintenance of front and or rear yards. For condos the fee includes fire insurance, home exterior, roof maintenance, common ground maintenance and irrigation.
Community Facilities District (CDF-Mello Roos) Varies per collection: 1.5% - 2.3% (approx.), based on square feet of Living Area.
The climate is moderate year-round with more than 300 days of sunshine at the elevation of about 2400 feet above the sea level.  The area has an antique district, four-star golf courses, Las Vegas style gaming and a variety of shopping centers and professional services.  Clean air and blue skies prevail most days with temperatures averaging between 50 and 97 degrees.  Humidity averages 22% at noon and annual rainfall averages around 18 inches.  The temperature is approximately 15 degrees cooler than Palm Springs in the summer with cool nights and constant breezes.
