Oaks North is  located in Rancho Bernardo, a wonderful, rolling hills community east of I-15, less than 15 miles inland, with every amenity you could ask for. Oaks North has a community center with many activities and clubs to choose from, as well as a swimming pool and spa/hot tub, exercise room, tennis and golf.

Condos start in the high-$200's, townhouses around $300-$400's, with single family homes starting in the $500's. Fees vary according to neighborhood, but start at the mid-$100's per month, up to over $200, plus club fees annually of approx. $300. There are gated communities within Oaks North that also have assessments.
