Opening Fall 2008 - Interest List Now Forming
A
collaborative effort of a California company and a
Mexican company will build an exclusive active adult
community on the "Mexican Riviera", in Nuevo
Vallarta (just north of Puerto Vallarta). Luma,
is touted as the first American-developed,
full-ownership, active adult beachfront community in
Mexico.

Luma is located in the resort area known as
Paradise Village on the Bay of Banderas in Nuevo
Vallarta, and is approximately 30 minutes north of
Puerto Vallarta and 15 minutes north of the airport.
Expected build out of the 400 residences (including
264 beachfront homes and 136 on the marina in a low
rise setting) will take 4 years.

Luma is accepting reservations and forming a
priority sales list. Construction will not begin
until the Fall 2007, with the first phase of
residences scheduled to open in Fall 2008. |

café and bar, library, wellness center with exercise
room, massage, Pilates and yoga center, saltwater
