Although Clayton is the fastest growing town in Johnston County, it offers a small town atmosphere. It is located between two interstate highways; I40 & I95, and is convenient to Raleigh, Research Triangle Park and Durham. SummerWind Plantation will have a 4 acre stocked fishing pond, and fishing pier for use by the owners and their guests, a large gazebo and fountain.
