Renaissance at Manchester

Renaissance, built by Centex Homes, is an active adult community of more than 1500 homes, located in Manchester Township, NJ.  This gated community features a 30,000+ sq. ft . clubhouse complete with deli, pro shop, indoor pool, large state-of-the-art fitness center, woodwork shop, billiards, and more.  Outside features and outdoor pool, golf course, tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce, and limited RV parking.  Renaissance in one of the few adult communities that allows you to fence in your porch or deck for pets.  Association fees are $178 a month.

The community began construction in 1998 and was completed in 2007.  These single family homes of Renaissance feature elegant floorplans with expansive kitchens, open floor plans, 2-3 bedrooms, and 1 model with a loft. Many homes are located on private and golf course lots.  Homes range in size from 1500 sq. ft. to 2250 sq. ft.  Prices range from $215,000 to $400,000.

Renaissance is located off Rt. 70 about 4 miles from the Garden State Parkway, and just over the border from Toms River.  Major malls are about 15 minutes away and Point Pleasant beaches are about 25 minutes away.  The community is located about half way between New York City and Philadelphia.
