EXPERIENCE ~

With over 22 years, Anita Bailey has an in depth understanding and knowledge base of Real Estate Industry.  Prior to becoming a Sales Agent and Broker, Anita managed a central Ohio title company overseeing hundreds of residential, commercial and investment closings.  In this capacity she saw and solved closing problems, a great asset in serving Buyers and Sellers. 

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker King Thompson, Anita served as Broker for Directions Realty Group which she and her husband Richard Bailey founded.  Together they built a full service brokerage focused on clients and outstanding service.  

Anita currently serves as President of the Marysville Board of Realtors, and has served on numerous industry committees, including the Education Committee of the Columbus Board of Realtors, and on the Strategic Committee for the Independent Brokers Association.

EDUCATION ~

Anita holds a BS from The Ohio State University (Finance Major) and was elected to Beta Gama Sigma and the OSU Business Pace Setters Club, and earned a MBA (Strategic Management)  from Franklin University.   She served as an Adjunct for several years teaching upper level business courses.
