I have had the pleasure of
doing what I enjoy the
most…helping people with
their real estate needs for
the past 29 years.
Currently, I am a broker in
both North Carolina and
South Carolina and am
associated with Keller
Williams Realty in the
Ballantyne office.
In order to become the real
estate professional my
clients expect, I have
worked hard to remain
up-to-date with new
technology. I hold four
designations, which I think
are important for people to
consider before “hiring” a
realtor. I hold the CRS
designation, which is
Certified Residential
Specialist; GRI, which
indicates Graduate of
Realtors Institute; ePRO,
representing internet
training in regards to real
estate; and SRES, which is
Seniors Real Estate
Specialist. Also, in my
career, I have completed
seventy five hours of
appraisal courses to better
understand appraiser’s logic
in appraising property. For
17 years, I was owner/broker
of a real estate company and
trained real estate agents
and worked with large
companies in relocation
